This model, which basically replaced the old Liana and sits one rung above the highly-successful Swift, is a chunky five-door family hatch with all-wheel drive and a decent 2-litre engine.
The SX4 is perfectly fine. Its a pretty decent car. Trust me, you can do a lot worse. You don't have to be embarrassed about it. As a car person, I respect someone who takes care of a normal car and does maintenance on it, keeps it clean, gets nice tires on it more than someone who treats their sporty car like trash. Swift - Very solid well built cars. SX4 (S-Cross) - Again, very solid well built cars, looking to by one for my GF next month. Grand Vitara - same as swift and SX4, solid, well built, great fun. Kizashi - well built but better cars avaliable for less. Jimny - Very well built and awesome little car. In short, the 2013 Suzuki SX4 isn't a good car. The transmission drones, the engine is modest, and the reliability score is very low.
