On low AI setting, you can just hack'n'slash a guy with a shield, since when you hit his shield, he lowers it and tries to strike you. But then you always hit him at that point (Good AI tries to block everything, and even stops their attacks for blocking) . And on low AI, they dont suddenly change their strike direction.
Still i think Combat Tips would leed rework. Something in lines that you get 2.5XP peer Leadership lever of XP peer day and it would be personal trait. That would be much better IMO.
