I just bought a fenix 7 solar update it with the pc app, download Spotify via connectIQ, connected my Bluetooth earphones, downloaded a playlist but when I try to play the downloaded playlist nothing happens: it is displayed a black screen with the play
Fenix 6X Sapphire not syncing with Spotify playlists. So I received my 6X on Friday. Since then I've been trying to download music playlists from Spotify but unfortunately without any success. The watch is updated with the latest software from Garmin Express currently but I've also tried using Beta 8.78, which returns the same problem.
oh man I had this same issue consistently with my Fenix 6 Pro. I was hoping the 7 would address the Bluetooth connectivity issues. What I dont understand is why cant Garmin seem to fix this issue. Bluetooth is a ubiquitous feature and I am sure they are buying the chip or board from a 3rd party. My 7 arrives today so I am keeping my fingers
My Fenix 7ss Spotify works about 50% of the time, the other 50% I get this blank screen. I've rebooted, removed and re-added all of the playlists, uninstalled the app, ensured that I'm signed into my premium Spotify account but can never find a guaranteed way to fix it. It usually occurs right before I'm about to head out on a long run too. 2.
