Oh hey, I saw that on my laptop earlier today. It was only happening (to me) when I tried to WP my guardian from Plains of Ashford to LA. I was able to log on to another character and WP from DR to LA no problem, and back to my guardian and diced with that weird screen again.
Check spam/junk folders. Your account might have been usurped by some nefarious person, and locked for security reasons. Make sure your email account has not also, been compromised. If you have not heard back after 3 days, try contacting the CS Team from a new, secure email account. Good luck.

You can probably make symbolic links to avoid copying hundreds of gb. Just make a few folders Cody the small files needed, and add a symbolic link to the 30gb or so .dat File from the root.

The support link has a sign-in button, which when I login takes me to my account hub, where the support button again takes me to a support page where I am no longer logged in.
